Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 50) Hagen FF's Adrian Kjellman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Hagen FF. Henry Ålberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sten Mattsson. 1-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lövet IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Simon Skoglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lövet IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hagen FF were winning 1-2.
After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Sten Målare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lövet IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sten Målare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dick Hellgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sten Målare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dick Hellgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Lövet IF got a freekick which was hit by Henric Norberg. Simon Skoglund made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 67thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Sten Mattsson would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. A well done corner resulted in Adrian Kjellman drilling the ball in to score 1-3 behind Lövet IF's goalkeeper. When Henric Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lövet IF's protests and gave Henric Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lövet IF getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Henric Norberg hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christer Söderqvist during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th minute, Christer Söderqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ulf Olenberg came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Lövet IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Olenberg couldn't finish the play. Sten Målare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Hellgren having to interfere. Hagen FF's Dick Hellgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Målare in the 94th minute of play. Hagen FF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
