Uno Markusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Siöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Sandell scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uno Markusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Morgan Möller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rudolf Melberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arman Siöman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uno Markusson having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Strömsund IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Klint to maneuver through the defense. When Hedenäset FF's Rickard Spetz in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Hedenäset FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Strömsund IK were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rickard Spetz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Strömsund IK's goal looked a bit too open when Morgan Möller came free, but Rudolf Melberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Sandell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uno Markusson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hedenäset FF's Sven-Oskar Gullesson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Strömsund IK's Dan Sandell was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Strömsund IK's Rudolf Melberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Möller in the 67th minute of play. Hedenäset FF's Uno Markusson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Hedenäset FF from getting a goal against them. Sven-Oskar Gullesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Melberg having to interfere. Hedenäset FF's Morgan Möller got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rudolf Melberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morgan Möller in the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Strömsund IK booed when Hedenäset FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Apelqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Dan Sandell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strömsund IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Sandell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rickard Spetz came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Hedenäset FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Spetz couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Strömsund IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Aleberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Strömsund IK booed when Hedenäset FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Oskar Gullesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Hedenäset FF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Strömsund IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Strömsund IK.
