Tomas Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Gulliksson in the 10th minute of play. Egil Ingemarsson's late challenge caught a Tre Hörnor Straff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egil Ingemarsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Svennes egna's Egil Ingemarsson got a free kick in the 12th minute. Arvin Bergdal might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Hedström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arvin Bergdal ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ulf Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tre Hörnor Straff's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulf Nordin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Hedström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Bergdal in the 18th minute of play. Svennes egna's Tomas Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvin Bergdal in the 21st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Claes Skark got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomas Hedström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th minute, Villiam Fors hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tre Hörnor Straff's Vilhelm Samuelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Grelsson in the 30th minute of play forced Tre Hörnor Straff's goalkeeper Roy Backman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Backman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edward Grelsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. After 39 played minutes Svennes egna got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Eklund. Ulf Nordin scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Hedström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulf Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tomas Hedström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvin Bergdal in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Hedström saved Svennes egna from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Svennes egna's Tomas Hedström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Svennes egna from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Tre Hörnor Straff's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Grelsson came free, but Roy Backman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Ulf Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tre Hörnor Straff's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulf Nordin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Edward Grelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roy Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Grelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Svennes egna's Tomas Hedström got control of the ball when Bernt Gulliksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Manfred Rolfsson fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svennes egna's protests and gave Manfred Rolfsson a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Tomas Hedström managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Tre Hörnor Straff's Arvin Bergdal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bernt Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Hedström having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Tre Hörnor Straff's Bernt Gulliksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Hedström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Tre Hörnor Straff defense, Björn Skålberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roy Backman. The Tre Hörnor Straff fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roy Backman should have stopped the shot. Tre Hörnor Straff's Vilhelm Samuelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Bernt Gulliksson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tre Hörnor Straff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt Gulliksson couldn't finish the play. Tomas Hedström made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Arvin Bergdal sent off a good shot on target. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Svennes egna were victorious despite being under pressure from Tre Hörnor Straff for much of the match.
