The referee ignored Gullringen RK's protests and gave Wictor Finnman a yellow card for diving instead. Bengt-Rune Lindberg hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Axel Sundberg struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Sebastian Finsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Samba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliot Söderberg in the 24th minute of play forced Gullringen RK's goalkeeper Sebastian Finsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Samba booed when Gullringen RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rutger Thorsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliot Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Sebastian Finsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Axel Sundberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FC Samba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Sundberg couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute Axel Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torbjörn Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Westerberg having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torbjörn Gulliksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sebastian Finsberg made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Wictor Finnman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliot Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 played minutes FC Samba got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Clementsson. In the 74th minute, Torbjörn Gulliksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Sundberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Sebastian Finsberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Axel Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Torbjörn Gulliksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Westerberg was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Thomas Haeger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Westerberg having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Samba walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
