Maximilian Eliasson was a little too slow when Walter Wallman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. After 6 played minutes Fiskleverdöden got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Sjöberg. Gösta Alfors stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Hybbert's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Walter Wallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Alfors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Wiberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Staffan Apelquist charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Staffan Apelquist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Staffan Apelquist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Frank Hybbert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gösta Alfors read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Svante Wiberg took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gösta Alfors. Gösta Alfors dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Alsterbro IFK's Svante Wiberg in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fiskleverdöden's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Hybbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Wiberg in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gösta Alfors prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fiskleverdöden's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stig-Åke Hård was slow to take the kick. During this time Alsterbro IFK's players had a chance to rest. Håkan Lövgren thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gösta Alfors, a very annoying self made goal in the 26th minute which led to 1-2. Dag Odeen charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dag Odeen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alsterbro IFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Fiskleverdöden's Staffan Apelquist got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Staffan Apelquist off the ground. After 40 played minutes Fiskleverdöden got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Apelquist. Fiskleverdöden's Gösta Alfors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Wiberg in the 43rd minute of play. Stig-Åke Hård kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fiskleverdöden's Rikard Sikström tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dag Bern stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Fiskleverdöden booed when Alsterbro IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gösta Alfors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Wiberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Gösta Alfors didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Hybbert went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Fiskleverdöden's Gösta Alfors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Wiberg in the 62nd minute of play. Gösta Alfors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Wiberg in the 63rd minute of the match. Svante Wiberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walter Wallman during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fiskleverdöden getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Walter Wallman hit a great ball. With a little luck, Fiskleverdöden's Gösta Alfors got control of the ball when Frank Hybbert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gösta Alfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Wiberg in the 79th minute of play. With his leg Gösta Alfors managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Alsterbro IFK's Frank Hybbert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Fiskleverdöden getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sigvard Näfver hit a great ball. Dag Bern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Maximilian Eliasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Svante Wiberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Fiskleverdöden's goalkeeper Gösta Alfors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Hybbert. After having played for 94 minutes, Frank Hybbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alsterbro IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Hybbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johnny Sjöberg hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Fiskleverdöden's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Wiberg came free, but Gösta Alfors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Fiskleverdöden supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alsterbro IFK's performance. The match ended with a win for Alsterbro IFK.
