The Celeste Lavíe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Edward Bohlin had several of the Celeste Lavíe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Jan-Ove Bäcklin as he didn't even see the shot coming. IK Skredsvik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Bohlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kjell Aleberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Ove Bäcklin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Asserlindh in the 55th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Edward Bohlin sped through Celeste Lavíe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jan-Ove Bäcklin. Jan-Ove Bäcklin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IK Skredsvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Bohlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Bäcklin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan-Ove Bäcklin came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by IK Skredsvik's Olov Asserlindh. But to his dismay, Olov Asserlindh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1.
