Charlie Vestlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Brodin in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Jimmy Brodin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Birka IF's Charlie Vestlund. Charlie Vestlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Jimmy Brodin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ignacy Cichocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Vestlund having to interfere. If Jimmy Brodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25thth minute of the game Jimmy Brodin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Birka IF's Charlie Vestlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Ignacy Cichocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charlie Vestlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Charlie Vestlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacy Cichocki went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Charlie Vestlund was a little too slow when Jimmy Brodin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 5-0. Charlie Vestlund didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 7-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy Brodin in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlie Vestlund saved Birka IF from getting behind. The supporters of Brottby booed when Birka IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Nordgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charlie Vestlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Arenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charlie Vestlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Brodin in the 97th minute of the match.
