Leif Dalgren made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Stig-Ove Axelsson sent off a good shot on target. Kevin Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Björkqvist having to interfere. Victor Björkqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Vallin's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Edward Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Dalgren having to interfere. Stig-Ove Axelsson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. FC Ryda's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Victor Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Ivarsson in the 27th minute of play forced Risögrund's goalkeeper Leif Dalgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Majman hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes FC Ryda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alex Bredberg who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Ryda's goalie and right to Tommy Ahlrot. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Ryda's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Risögrund's Kevin Magnusson got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Ivarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Dalgren having to interfere. If Kevin Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Ingvar Vallin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ryda's Victor Björkqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Leif Dalgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Stig-Ove Axelsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leif Dalgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Ove Axelsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, Edward Ivarsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Risögrund's Leif Dalgren. Leif Dalgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Risögrund's goalkeeper Leif Dalgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Kevin Magnusson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Björkqvist, 1-1. In the 79thth minute of the game Stig-Ove Axelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Risögrund's Leif Dalgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Igelström during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Risögrund's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karl-Johan Västerberg was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Ryda's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Risögrund's goalie and right to Henry Stenqvist. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Risögrund's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 87 minutes into the game, Olov Drake was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Risögrund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Ryda the free kick. In the 88th match minute, Risögrund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Drake to maneuver through the defense. If Edward Ivarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Ryda's Edward Ivarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Leif Dalgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Ryda's Stig-Ove Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
