Spectators: 7309 (Terracing: 5483, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustaf Dalkvist got the match started through his kick off. Fröseke's Gunnar Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Granström in the 5th minute of play. Egil Gadd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Roland Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gösta Wiman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Stenkvist having to make a save. Gösta Wiman struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Roland Stenkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fröseke. 14 minutes into the game, Fröseke's Rune Lundblad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roland Stenkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Nymölla BF's Marcus Granström got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Kristoffer Alegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunnar Axelsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Granström's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Gösta Wiman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Stenkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Roland Stenkvist came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Fröseke's Rune Lundblad. But to his dismay, Rune Lundblad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Marcus Granström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Gunnar Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Pihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfons Pihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alfons Pihlberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Nymölla BF were furious when Max Lidström was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 78 minutes into the game, one of Nymölla BF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 84 minutes into the match, Gösta Wiman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Stenkvist. Nymölla BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gösta Wiman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 87th match minute, Fröseke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnny Melberg to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Nymölla BF's Holger Vall got a free kick in the 90th minute. A collision led to Nymölla BF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Marcus Granström hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nymölla BF's zone, Henry Smed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Stenkvist came out of the goal and Henry Smed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gösta Wiman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nymölla BF's Roland Stenkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Wiman in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fröseke fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nymölla BF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
