When Ivar Bergqvist came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Kyflon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Bergqvist couldn't finish the play. If Ivar Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Gullesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Bergqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kyflon's Henning Ferm got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Sjölidens BK's Bengt-Arne Gullesson got control of the ball when Stefan Sellberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivar Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Sjölidens BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Stefan Sellberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stig Hedman hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sjölidens BK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Felix Persson hit a great ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sjölidens BK's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Gullesson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bengt-Arne Gullesson stood somewhat misplaced when Stefan Sellberg came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. Stefan Sellberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Arne Gullesson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ivar Bergqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bengt-Arne Gullesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After having played for 53 minutes, Stefan Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kyflon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Sellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Michael Paulin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Adam Hagberg to make any attempt to save it. 62 minutes into the match, Kyflon's goalkeeper Adam Hagberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Paulin. In the 63rd minute, Kim Ekerot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Kyflon's Stefan Sellberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Arne Gullesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ivar Bergqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bengt-Arne Gullesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Stig Hedman hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Michael Paulin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Kyflon's Adam Hagberg. Adam Hagberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Kyflon's Adam Hagberg got control of the ball when Michael Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
