Bengt-Arne Gullesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Sjölidens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Petersson came free, but Bengt-Arne Gullesson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Åke Alfors in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Arne Gullesson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sjölidens BK's Kjell Biörnberg in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viskafors IK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viskafors IK's goalkeeper Gert Lang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Sjölidens BK's Kjell Biörnberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Gert Lang was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Albert Lång capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Lång really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Bengt-Arne Gullesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Petersson in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inge Arhenius in the 41st minute of play forced Sjölidens BK's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Gullesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Petersson took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt-Arne Gullesson. Bengt-Arne Gullesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With 48 minutes on the clock, Leif Alegren commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Viskafors IK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kjell Biörnberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Kjell Hedlund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt-Arne Gullesson skillfully saved the ball. Kjell Biörnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gert Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sjölidens BK's Bengt-Arne Gullesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sjölidens BK from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Michael Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olov Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Inge Arhenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Michael Paulin came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sjölidens BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Paulin couldn't finish the play. Gert Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Biörnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 83 minutes, Felix Persson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sjölidens BK and the Viskafors IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sjölidens BK's Bengt-Arne Gullesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sjölidens BK from getting a goal against them. Stig-Åke Alfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Gullesson having to interfere. With a little luck, Sjölidens BK's Bengt-Arne Gullesson got control of the ball when Inge Arhenius tried to sneak it across the goal line.
