Linghed's Kennet Blomkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Käller in the 38th minute of play. Linghed's Kennet Blomkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Linghed from getting a goal against them. Charlie Andersson might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kennet Blomkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charlie Andersson ran back to his position shaking his head. The Grumps played a much better game than Linghed and deserved their victory. The Linghed players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
