Sven-Edvin Asmundsson charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Edvin Asmundsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Barcelona juniors getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Sven-Edvin Asmundsson hit a great ball. Barcelona juniors's Jerry Vennerström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona juniors from getting a goal against them. Villiam Wennerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Vennerström having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 57th minute, Villiam Wennerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerry Vennerström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Lars Lindgren made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Martin Holm sent off a good shot on target. Barcelona juniors's Jerry Vennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Bohlin in the 70th minute of play. Sven-Arne Gummeson lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 73rd minute, one of Barcelona juniors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barcelona juniors. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Landeryd IF. Anton Askstedt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jerry Vennerström. 4-0. Jerry Vennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villiam Wennerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Daniel Bohlin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Landeryd IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Martin Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Sakarias Skoog managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barcelona juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakarias Skoog was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lars Lindgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martin Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Lindgren having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Landeryd IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barcelona juniors had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
