If Pär Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Landeryd IF's Lars Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Bållström in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Leonardo Bållström made the kick off in the second half. Melker Larsfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Bohlin in the 57th minute. Sonkans IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Villiam Wennerberg scored to the left of an out of position Melker Larsfält, making the score, 3-2. The referee ignored Sonkans IK's protests and gave Gabriel Dahlgren a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sonkans IK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. In the 87thth minute of the game Villiam Wennerberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonkans IK's Melker Larsfält was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Landeryd IF defense, Leonardo Bållström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars Lindgren. The Landeryd IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars Lindgren should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Bållström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute.
