Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Mjöbäck's Arman Lundin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Claes Sundberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kiwi FC and the Mjöbäck players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claes Sundberg hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute of the match Harry Berg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Åke Bengtsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Mjöbäck's Victor Hedling in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kiwi FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arman Lundin in the 9th minute of play forced Kiwi FC's goalkeeper Per-Åke Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Victor Hedling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Bengtsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Bollström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Ludvig Forsberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Per-Åke Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Lundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan-Olof Bollström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Bollström struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ludvig Forsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiwi FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Michael Emander during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karl-Michael Emander hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Victor Hedling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Åke Bengtsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Kiwi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Lundin came free, but Per-Åke Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Kjellberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ludvig Forsberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Edward Kjellberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. When Edward Kjellberg came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Kiwi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Kjellberg couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Kjellberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mjöbäck getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Karl-Michael Emander hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Olof Bollström in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludvig Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arman Lundin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Arman Lundin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Hedling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Bengtsson having to interfere. Ludwig Sundling hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. With his leg Per-Åke Bengtsson managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Mjöbäck's Victor Hedling fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arman Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Per-Åke Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Kiwi FC's goalkeeper Per-Åke Bengtsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Hedling. Arman Lundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Bengtsson having to interfere. In the 79th minute Arman Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Bengtsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arman Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kiwi FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mjöbäck had controlled the match.
