Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tommy Musk took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Sundström. Sven-Olof Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Bettna's Kent Fredriksson got a free kick in the 7th minute. David Lindqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sven-Olof Sundström. Bettna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tommy Musk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Olof Sundström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Hernandez CF's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Markusson came free, but Verner Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bettna getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mårten Termander hit a great ball. Sven-Olof Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Musk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sven-Olof Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Hernandez CF's Tommy Musk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Olof Sundström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bettna's Sven-Olof Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Musk in the 32nd minute of play. After 32 played minutes Bettna got a freekick which was hit by Greger Gustafsson. In the 37th minute Karl-Magnus Svanström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verner Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Musk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 played minutes Bettna got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Magnus Svanström. With a little luck, Hernandez CF's Verner Abrahamsson got control of the ball when Gabriel Andberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Bettna's zone, Tommy Musk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Olof Sundström came out of the goal and Tommy Musk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Musk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sven-Olof Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Hernandez CF's Sven-Olof Sundström threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tommy Musk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Per-Arne Algren scored 0-2 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Olof Sundström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Bettna booed when Hernandez CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Lilja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernandez CF's Bror Flink got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Musk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bror Flink got free with Sven-Olof Sundström in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Karl-Magnus Svanström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bettna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Verner Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Svanström in the 97th minute of play. The Bettna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hernandez CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
