Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Börge Bergren started the match with the kick off. Edgar Gummeson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 24 played minutes Georg Låsberg rounded Sandsjöfors IK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. If Börge Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sandsjöfors IK's Karl-Michael Näver suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 32nd match minute, Herrhagen IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Lund to maneuver through the defense. Urban Ekgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Låsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Sandsjöfors IK's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Låsberg came free, but Urban Ekgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Karl Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herrhagen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Lund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urban Ekgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urban Ekgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Låsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Börge Bergren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edvin Nordstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Alrot kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Georg Låsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Börge Bergren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urban Ekgren having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Nordstedt got free with David Caspersson in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Herrhagen IF booed when Sandsjöfors IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Alrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Nordstedt got free with David Caspersson in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Villiam Joensson charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Villiam Joensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee ended the match the Herrhagen IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
