Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5454, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 120) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ingvar Axelsson kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Sandsjöfors IK booed when Lansjärv IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Sundin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Sandsjöfors IK's Edvin Karlsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reine Trillkott. Reine Trillkott yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Edvin Karlsson came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Sandsjöfors IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Karlsson couldn't finish the play. When Boris Valström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in Lansjärv IF's zone, Edvin Nordstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Trillkott came out of the goal and Edvin Nordstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urban Ekgren came out of the goal and Patrik Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Lansjärv IF's Patrik Nyman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urban Ekgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edvin Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvin Nordstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Reine Trillkott made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvin Nordstedt to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Lansjärv IF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Waller. 54 minutes into the game, Edvin Nordstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Reine Trillkott was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jens-Erik Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Reine Trillkott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Ingvar Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lansjärv IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Axelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urban Ekgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urban Ekgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Morat in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Patrik Nyman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lansjärv IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Nyman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Patrik Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Sundin hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
