Jakob Hermansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tage Ahlroth made a kick off. Karesuando's Anders Kjellman got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Hermansson in the 55th minute of play forced Karesuando's goalkeeper Birger Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Tage Ahlroth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karesuando's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tage Ahlroth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Tobo FK defense, Anders Kjellman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bo Wikander. The Tobo FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bo Wikander should have stopped the shot. Bo Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Ahlroth in the 64th minute of play. Karesuando's Tage Ahlroth got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Per-Åke Nordmark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karesuando's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobo FK the free kick. Per-Åke Nordmark kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Karesuando's Marcus Uter got a free kick in the 81st minute. Karesuando's Tage Ahlroth got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tobo FK's Jerry Enegren got a free kick in the 90th minute. Bo Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Kjellman in the 92nd minute of play. Karesuando were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Tobo FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcus Uter took the corner. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
