Hubert Caspersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Rasmus Stenström made a huge save. In the 7th match minute, Oxie BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Abrahamsson to maneuver through the defense. Degens Glada Gubbar's Alex Alströmer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Oxie BK. If Malcolm Benett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasmus Stenström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Skräddare in the 13th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Herman Skräddare in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Hubert Caspersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Degens Glada Gubbar's supporters rose to their feet, but Hubert Caspersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Stenström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Oxie BK's Oskar Vester got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Alex Alströmer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Oxie BK's Rasmus Stenström didn't even have to move. Herman Skräddare did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Rasmus Stenström 21 minutes into the match. Degens Glada Gubbar's Henry Hellgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Benett in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Skräddare in the 39th minute of play forced Oxie BK's goalkeeper Rasmus Stenström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Giöck kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Rikard Smedfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Herman Skräddare made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malcolm Benett in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Hellgren saved Degens Glada Gubbar from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Malcolm Benett made a precise shot to the right of Henry Hellgren. Degens Glada Gubbar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 69th minute, Tom Groth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute Herman Skräddare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Stenström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Oskar Vester fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oxie BK's protests and gave Oskar Vester a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Oxie BK's Oskar Vester got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The Degens Glada Gubbar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Oxie BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Oxie BK.
