A collision led to Tobo FK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Stefan Granström hit a great ball. Bo Wikander came out of the goal and Malcolm Benett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Jakob Hermansson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Oxie BK's Rasmus Stenström. Rasmus Stenström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Hermansson in the 29th minute of play forced Oxie BK's goalkeeper Rasmus Stenström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Jerry Enegren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tobo FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oxie BK the free kick. Malcolm Benett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bo Wikander having to make a save. Rikard Smedfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Wikander having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jakob Hermansson made a kick off. Jakob Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Stenström having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Rikard Smedfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oxie BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rikard Smedfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bo Wikander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Benett, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 64 minutes into the game, Mats Almqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oxie BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobo FK the free kick. In the 64th minute, Mats Almqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bo Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Benett in the 69th minute of play. In the last second Rasmus Stenström throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jakob Hermansson in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jakob Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rasmus Stenström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Tobo FK's Jakob Hermansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rasmus Stenström. Rasmus Stenström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Malcolm Benett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bo Wikander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Rasmus Stenström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Hermansson in the 97th minute of the match.
