Johannes Vacker came out of the goal and Jesper Bruse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Kristineberg IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Brenner came free, but Johannes Vacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesper Bruse in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Röda Kanonerna's Jesper Bruse got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Jonas Malmström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kristineberg IFK and the Röda Kanonerna players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kristineberg IFK's goalkeeper Johannes Vacker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Kristineberg IFK booed when Röda Kanonerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Kvalfält didn't get a good kick on the ball. Birger Isaksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Sundström went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elliott Brenner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Ove Bergdal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johannes Vacker skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesper Bruse in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johannes Vacker saved Kristineberg IFK from getting behind. If Elliott Brenner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristineberg IFK's Johannes Vacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Brenner in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Elliott Brenner put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Johannes Vacker. When Elliott Brenner came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Röda Kanonerna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliott Brenner couldn't finish the play. Elliott Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes Vacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliott Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agne Thidén hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Orvar Bergqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Birger Isaksson made a huge save. In the 96th minute, Jesper Bruse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Röda Kanonerna fully deserved thier win.
