No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conny Alegren to make the kick off. Stig Stenqvist had several of the Bashar Assads Army's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Torbjörn Bern as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 59th minute Gottfrid Stensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ingmarsö IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
