Eric Runeberg started the match with the kick off. If Valter Åström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hampus Matsson was a little too slow when Dan Uter got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Uter in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hampus Matsson saved Sundets IF from getting behind. Sundets IF's Hampus Matsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sundets IF from getting a goal against them. Hampus Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Uter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valter Åström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Matsson having to interfere. A collision led to Genarp IF getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. 石瑜亦 hit a great ball. Niclas Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Göransson in the 18th minute of play. Hampus Matsson stood somewhat misplaced when Ivar Billvall came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Hampus Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Uter, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Sundets IF's Hampus Matsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Sundets IF from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Sundets IF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gunnar Göransson hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Ivar Billvall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hampus Matsson. Sundets IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivar Billvall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 38th minute, Christopher Ahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivar Billvall in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hampus Matsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivar Billvall was the one to do the kick off. Sundets IF's Hampus Matsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 石瑜亦 in the 52nd minute of play. Genarp IF were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Sundets IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dan Uter took the corner. After 59 minutes, Rasmus Lundblad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Genarp IF and the Sundets IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Johnny Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Matsson having to interfere. Valter Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, 石瑜亦 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Runeberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Forsberg having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Sundets IF got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ahlroht. Hampus Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnny Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The audience was convinced that Ivar Billvall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hampus Matsson was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Johnny Strömberg struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Hampus Matsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genarp IF. If Johnny Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Genarp IF had played much better football throughout.
