Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kungsäter RK's Jan-Erik Pilgren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Birger Lindsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenneth Karlsson in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elliott Frykberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the game, Kenneth Karlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elliott Frykberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dan Benett kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kungsäter RK's Villiam Stephansson tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Gustaf Isaksson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lennart Kilberg, 1-1. A collision led to Kungsäter RK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gustaf Isaksson hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match, Jan-Erik Pilgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lennart Kilberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Petersson got free with Lennart Kilberg in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jan-Erik Pilgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fuel BK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Magnus Bergström hit a great ball. Joakim Petersson spun around in front of the goal 34 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Fuel BK's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Pilgren in the 38th minute of play forced Fuel BK's goalkeeper Lennart Kilberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Måns Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torsten Ahlbeck missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 41 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Elliott Frykberg right hand side. The supporters of Fuel BK booed when Kungsäter RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lennart Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Pilgren in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Villiam Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenneth Karlsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elliott Frykberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Lindsten in the 58th minute. After 58 played minutes Kungsäter RK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Arne Berg. After a rather tough play, Kungsäter RK's Gustaf Isaksson got a free kick in the 60th minute. Jan-Erik Pilgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lennart Kilberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Lindsten got free with Elliott Frykberg in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Kungsäter RK's Elliott Frykberg got control of the ball when Birger Lindsten tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Joakim Petersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fuel BK's Lennart Kilberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 73 played minutes Fuel BK got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Bergström. In the 77th minute, Joakim Petersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Arne Berg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Kilberg having to interfere. Jan-Erik Pilgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Lennart Kilberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Kenneth Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Kungsäter RK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gustaf Isaksson hit a great ball. Elliott Frykberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Torsten Ahlbeck. Jan-Erik Pilgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lennart Kilberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kungsäter RK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
