Kenneth Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesper Nordlander's late challenge caught a IS Halmia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesper Nordlander helped the player get up and apologised. Fabian Runberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Kilberg having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Fabian Runberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. IS Halmia's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Runberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Kilberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sivert Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes of play, Fuel BK's Kenneth Karlsson made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jim Högberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Birger Lindsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. IS Halmia's Jim Högberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Lindsten in the 41st minute of play. Birger Lindsten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Jim Högberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Runberg to make the kick off. Birger Lindsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim Högberg having to interfere. Lennart Kilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Runberg in the 61st minute of the match. Kenneth Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jim Högberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Karlsson in the 67th minute of play. Lennart Kilberg was a little too slow when Fabian Runberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-1. Jim Högberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Runberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Kilberg having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Rudolf Vennerström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Fuel BK's goalkeeper Lennart Kilberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sivert Ekblom. Lennart Kilberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Runberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Fuel BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of IS Halmia for a fine match.
