Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabian Runberg kicked off to start the match. After 9 played minutes, Garpenberg's Holger Bure shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jim Högberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garpenberg reached it. 11 minutes into the game, Garpenberg's Kristian Wallengren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jim Högberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 20th minute Axel Kinell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Högberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, IS Halmia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Brodin to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Brodin hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jim Högberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Kinell in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to IS Halmia getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Stefan Jönsson hit a great ball. Sivert Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kristian Wallengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Högberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristian Wallengren in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Garpenberg's Kristian Wallengren got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jim Högberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Kinell in the 59th minute of the match. If Christopher Ekgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristian Wallengren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jim Högberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to IS Halmia getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Petter Törnkvist hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Kristian Wallengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garpenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristian Wallengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Högberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Kinell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jim Högberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Axel Kinell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Kinell in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Högberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in IS Halmia's zone, Kristian Wallengren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Högberg came out of the goal and Kristian Wallengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of IS Halmia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Garpenberg:s goal. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Garpenberg. Orvar Alebeck stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jim Högberg. 4-0. After a rather tough play, Garpenberg's Christopher Ekgren got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Axel Kinell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
