Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adam Vollander kicked off to start the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Claes Möller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åby FC's Joachim Jönsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claes Möller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Jönsson having to interfere. Nine Cocks's Kenneth Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Vollander in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Sven-Olof Granberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Vollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Lundström having to interfere. Claes Möller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Joachim Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Hallgren hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Nine Cocks's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Birger Öman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Åby FC's Adam Vollander in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nine Cocks's goalie prevented a goal. After 30 minutes of play, Nine Cocks's Claes Möller made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Jönsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joachim Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Möller, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Leif Hedbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Hedbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Lundström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute of the match Wilhelm Biörling sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joachim Jönsson skillfully saved the ball. Adam Vollander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Sven-Olof Granberg made the kick off in the second half. Adam Vollander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Claes Möller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Åby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Granberg came free, but Joachim Jönsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nine Cocks's goalkeeper Kenneth Lundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adam Vollander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joachim Jönsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claes Möller in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Granberg in the 77th minute of play forced Åby FC's goalkeeper Joachim Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nine Cocks's attack was well implemented in the 89th minute, but when Sven-Olof Granberg was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Kenneth Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Öman, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Nine Cocks's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Öman came free, but Kenneth Lundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 96 minutes, Adam Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åby FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Vollander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Åby FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nine Cocks's performance. The match ended with a win for Nine Cocks.
