Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) George Lindgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Ludwig Dahlgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, FC Wernamo's Ludwig Dahlgren got control of the ball when George Lindgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Kåre Pilblad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lotorp IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wernamo the free kick. In the 13th minute, Per Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Wernamo's Joacim Olsson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ludwig Dahlgren made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when George Lindgren sent off a good shot on target. After 21 played minutes Lotorp IFK got a freekick which was hit by Fred Isaksson. In the 25thth minute of the game Bengt-Arne Hjortberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lotorp IFK's Börje Vall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nils Hultman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Börje Vall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nils Hultman went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in FC Wernamo's zone, George Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Dahlgren came out of the goal and George Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anton Lundqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludwig Dahlgren having to make a save. George Lindgrens short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Ludwig Dahlgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Lotorp IFK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. George Lindgren hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Lotorp IFK's Per Nyman got a free kick in the 44th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC Wernamo's Casper Esbjörnsson tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Lindgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anton Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Dahlgren having to interfere. George Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Anton Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Lotorp IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, George Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lotorp IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but George Lindgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludwig Dahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FC Wernamo booed when Lotorp IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ludwig Dahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Lindgren in the 80th minute of the match. George Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludwig Dahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Alströmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lotorp IFK's Anton Lundqvist in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Wernamo's goalie prevented a goal. Per Nyman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludwig Dahlgren having to make a save. Ludwig Dahlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthias Lundberg during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
