Överlida IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörn Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Racti F.C.'s Ian Örtendal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Sandell in the 14th minute of play. Henrik Sandell scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Örtendal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Lars Lindholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Skark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Racti F.C.'s Ian Örtendal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Sandell in the 29th minute of play. Ian Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kåre Näfver in the 33rd minute of the match. Racti F.C.'s Ian Örtendal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Erik Åström in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Karl-Erik Åström notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Racti F.C.'s Ian Örtendal. After 70 played minutes Racti F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Johnsson. Racti F.C.'s Ian Örtendal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Racti F.C. from getting a goal against them. Mikael Skark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Henning Alrot came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Överlida IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henning Alrot couldn't finish the play. When Reine Ström fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racti F.C.'s protests and gave Reine Ström a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Racti F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Reine Ström hit a great ball. Ian Örtendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Granberg in the 91st minute of play. The Racti F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Överlida IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
