The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Nils Sjöström made a precise shot to the right of Pelle Häger. The wind increased when Nils Sjöström made the kick off in the second half. Sparreholm's Pelle Häger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sparreholm from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Sparreholm getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Henric Skålberg hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sparreholm defense, Nils Sjöström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelle Häger. The Sparreholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelle Häger should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Sparreholm's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Sjöström came free, but Pelle Häger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomas Wallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nils Sjöström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Nils Sjöström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pelle Häger. That made the score 0-6 in the 77 minute of play. Pelle Häger was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Nils Sjöström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nils Sjöström really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sparreholm's goalkeeper Pelle Häger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Hisingens Stolpskott could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sparreholm throughout the match.
