In the 14th minute, Ari Gold FC's Edgar Bergendahl ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fredrik Frisk. Fredrik Frisk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ingmar Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fredrik Frisk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Beckeman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Douglas Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Ari Gold FC got a freekick which was hit by Nils Örtendal. Carl Beckeman might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Douglas Abrahamsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carl Beckeman ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Bergendahl made a kick off. Carl Beckeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carl Beckeman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jon Lundin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ärla's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Lundin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Abrahamsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carl Beckeman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. After 74 minutes of play, Ari Gold FC's Ingmar Nordström made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Frisk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, Ingmar Nordström notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Ärla's Fredrik Frisk. Fredrik Frisk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgar Bergendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 85 minutes, Andreas Nyberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ari Gold FC and the Ärla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Ari Gold FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pontus Biörkman during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pontus Biörkman hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Edgar Bergendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Frisk having to interfere. When Ingmar Nordström came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ari Gold FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingmar Nordström couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Edgar Bergendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ari Gold FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
