Hans Levander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Sundling in the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Jan-Åke Bålström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hans Levander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Villiam Bäck went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Lack of progress's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Bålström came free, but Morgan Cane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morgan Cane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Bålström, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ingvar Sundling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th match minute, Lack of progress was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Hansson to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
