Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Alstedt in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Torsten Alstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th match minute, Viggestorp FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Gerdberg to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Mårten Holmberg in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Torsten Alstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rusksele's Sven-Ove Bergström got a free kick in the 21st minute. Karl-Erik Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Alstedt in the 24th minute of the match. Viggestorp FC's Karl-Erik Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Alstedt in the 26th minute of play. Alfons Kämpe kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Rusksele's Torsten Alstedt made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mårten Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Karl-Erik Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mårten Holmberg struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Karl-Erik Ekrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rusksele. Hjalmar Öberg kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. 49 minutes into the match, Torsten Alstedt notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Viggestorp FC's Karl-Erik Ekrot. Karl-Erik Ekrot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Alstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mikael Frisk came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Viggestorp FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Frisk couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the match, Leif Danielsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Nord. Rusksele's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leif Danielsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The audience was convinced that Leif Danielsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Nord was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. With his leg Karl-Erik Ekrot managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Rusksele's Mårten Holmberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Karl-Erik Ekrot didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. Karl-Erik Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Alstedt in the 79th minute of play. Fritz Dahlbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Leif Danielsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Nord was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Viggestorp FC's Leif Danielsson got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
