Bollhavens DjupDykare's Bengt Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Danielsson in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Ulf Lindsten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt Brander skillfully saved the ball. Leif Danielsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt Brander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute Nicklas Söderström suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Kaj Odén charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaj Odén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kaj Odén kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Mikael Frisk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viggestorp FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bollhavens DjupDykare the free kick. Ulf Lindsten charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulf Lindsten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulf Lindsten hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Askestät got free with Karl-Erik Ekrot in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Ulf Lindsten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Askestät fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Ekrot having to interfere. Mikael Frisk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 42 minutes, Mikael Frisk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viggestorp FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Frisk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Frisk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikael Frisk to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börge Nyström during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Viggestorp FC's Mikael Frisk got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Bollhavens DjupDykare's zone, Mikael Frisk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Brander came out of the goal and Mikael Frisk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the game, one of Bollhavens DjupDykare:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bengt Brander went to the wrong direction when Ulf Lindsten was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Frisk got free with Bengt Brander in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Askestät took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Erik Ekrot. Karl-Erik Ekrot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Emil Askestät struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Karl-Erik Ekrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bollhavens DjupDykare. Bollhavens DjupDykare's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
