In the 91st minute Håkan Hedvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ola Myhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Staffan Beckman kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The corner ended in Alvin Lundblad almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Östra Ryd IK's Bengt-Åke Brun did a great save. The Sexdrega IFK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Östra Ryd IK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
