Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Verner Bergström got the match started through his kick off. Verner Bergström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Börje Björkdahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Verner Bergström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Björkdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Per-Olof Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Jakob Sandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Verner Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Bergström in the 28th minute of play forced IFK Torpsbruk's goalkeeper Börje Björkdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Torsten Hjälm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Victor Cane made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, IFK Torpsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Zander to maneuver through the defense. Börje Björkdahl came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bleket RK's Verner Bergström. But to his dismay, Verner Bergström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Victor Cane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Täman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gösta Göransson in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Cane in the 67th minute of play forced Bleket RK's goalkeeper Tommy Täman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bleket RK's Verner Bergström got a free kick in the 69th minute. Gösta Göransson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Täman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Cane in the 74th minute of play forced Bleket RK's goalkeeper Tommy Täman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Verner Bergström took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Börje Björkdahl. Börje Björkdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 86 minutes into the match, Bleket RK's Jakob Sandberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Börje Björkdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gösta Göransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 played minutes IFK Torpsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Victor Cane. If Verner Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Bergström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Björkdahl having to interfere. If Verner Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
