To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Vrigstad BF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rutger Vennerberg hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Bengt-Åke Kleen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Hake was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Arne Bratt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Hake having to interfere. If Arne Bratt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Bratt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christian Hake didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sverker Tunström went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Vrigstad BF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Alexander Ahlbeck hit a great ball. Sverker Tunström charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sverker Tunström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christian Hake didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Granqvist went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With his leg Christian Hake managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Väröbacka RK's Arne Bratt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bengt-Åke Kleen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Hake read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 0-4 became the score in the 58th minute when Arne Bratt elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Christian Hake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sverker Tunström in the 63rd minute. Arne Bratt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Christian Hake skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Christian Hake was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Bengt-Åke Kleen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bengt-Åke Kleen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Väröbacka RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
