Kalle Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Åström in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Ahlroht in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Ove Pettersson saved Hargshamn FF from getting behind. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jonathan Ahlroht sped through Hargshamn FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Ove Pettersson. After 30 minutes of play, Jukkasjärvi IK's Bo Bank made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Ove Pettersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Karl-Åke Ahlquist fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hargshamn FF's protests and gave Karl-Åke Ahlquist a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Åström to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Jukkasjärvi IK getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Nils-Erik Sandström hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Sebastian Åström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hargshamn FF's Sven-Ove Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Sandström in the 61st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Jukkasjärvi IK's Sven-Ove Pettersson threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nils-Erik Sandström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Karl-Åke Ahlquist kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. With a little luck, Hargshamn FF's Sven-Ove Pettersson got control of the ball when Valter Alstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils-Erik Sandström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastian Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 minutes of play Hargshamn FF's Sebastian Åström was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sebastian Åström hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Sven-Ove Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Bank, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hargshamn FF's Sven-Ove Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Bank in the 88th minute of play. Sebastian Berggren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Lind having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Hargshamn FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Berggren to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Ove Pettersson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bo Bank showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 97 minute of play. Jukkasjärvi IK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
