Glory Hunters
Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bror Berggren in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Nordström saved Glory Hunters from getting behind. In the 10th minute, Bror Berggren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Nordström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 14 minutes, Johan Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glory Hunters and the Tranemo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Johan Gustafsson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Bror Berggren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tranemo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bror Berggren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torsten Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Torstensson in the 20th minute of play. John Samuelsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vilhelm Nordström. Glory Hunters's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Glory Hunters defense, Bror Berggren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilhelm Nordström. The Glory Hunters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilhelm Nordström should have stopped the shot. Bror Berggren scored 0-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilhelm Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Esbjörnsson during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alexander Esbjörnsson hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes, Tranemo's Tage Gregersson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vilhelm Nordström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tranemo reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Esbjörnsson in the 47th minute of play forced Glory Hunters's goalkeeper Vilhelm Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Glory Hunters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tranemo were winning 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mikael Torstensson to make the kick off. Vilhelm Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Berggren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes in the game, Bror Berggren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vilhelm Nordström having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Tranemo got a freekick which was hit by John Samuelsson. In the 57th minute Tranemo were awarded a corner. Jimmy Gulliksson went to the cornerflag to take it. Jimmy Gulliksson made a great header on Tranemo's corner, it was just that Glory Hunters's Vilhelm Nordström managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Kämpe kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Tranemo got a freekick which was hit by Mats Askstedt. Kjell-Arne Ånger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Lindgren having to interfere. In the 68th minute Bror Berggren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Nordström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tranemo's John Samuelsson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Glory Hunters's Vilhelm Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Berggren in the 75th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Tranemo's Alexander Esbjörnsson made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vilhelm Nordström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olof Söderquist kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Alexander Esbjörnsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Nordström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. If Bror Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, one of Glory Hunters:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Glory Hunters.
