Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) Eskil Vesterberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Eskil Vesterberg succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Fritz Hääger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13thth minute of the game Erling Lind who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vallda's Bengt-Arne Kellberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hans Öfverman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Haegg charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viktor Haegg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Laholm FK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Viktor Haegg hit a great ball. Hans Öfverman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Strömberg in the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Laholm FK defense, Sivert Svensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans Öfverman. The Laholm FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans Öfverman should have stopped the shot. Sivert Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Hans Öfverman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bengt-Arne Kellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eskil Vesterberg in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Fritz Hääger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Kellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans Öfverman was a little too slow when Fredrik Strömberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-1. After some careless play in the Vallda defense, Eskil Vesterberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt-Arne Kellberg. The Vallda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt-Arne Kellberg should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Strömberg made a kick off. After 59 played minutes Vallda got a freekick which was hit by Harry Smitt. 60 minutes into the game, Laholm FK's Eskil Vesterberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt-Arne Kellberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Eskil Vesterberg sped through Vallda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt-Arne Kellberg. In the 66th minute, Peter Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Vallda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jack Sundström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hans Öfverman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eskil Vesterberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bengt-Arne Kellberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Eskil Vesterberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-6 in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute Eskil Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Arne Kellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fritz Hääger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, Fredrik Strömberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Öfverman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Fredrik Strömberg struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Hans Öfverman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallda. Vallda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Eskil Vesterberg scored to the left of an out of position Bengt-Arne Kellberg, making the score, 3-7. Sivert Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Hans Öfverman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes, Laholm FK's Peter Hansson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Kellberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laholm FK reached it. The Vallda supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Laholm FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Laholm FK.
