The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börje Ekström during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Ivar Brovall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Landin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Ekström in the 72nd minute of the match. 80 minutes in the game, Rasmus Söderström dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Söderström got free with Alfred Björklund in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the game, Ivar Brovall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfred Björklund. Ivar Brovall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 97th minute, Karl-Ove Hellström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Björklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.
