Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) When Per-Åke Gustavsson came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Funäsdalen RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Åke Gustavsson couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Mats Ekblom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Liljeström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Oskar Dahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Asmundsson having to interfere. In the 17th minute Mats Ekblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Liljeström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Kock kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Allan Liljeström made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Per-Åke Gustavsson sent off a good shot on target. Allan Liljeström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Åke Gustavsson went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Harald Törnqvist's late challenge caught a Gson FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harald Törnqvist helped the player get up and apologised. 28 minutes into the match, Gson FC's goalkeeper Allan Liljeström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Åke Gustavsson. If Mats Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th match minute, Gson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Torstensson to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Edström shot from long distance in the 37th minute, but Allan Liljeström was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harald Törnqvist got free with Allan Liljeström in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Gson FC's zone, Mats Ekblom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Liljeström came out of the goal and Mats Ekblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Harald Törnqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Funäsdalen RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Törnqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan Liljeström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Per-Åke Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Einar Anundsson made a kick off. In the 51st minute Harald Törnqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Allan Liljeström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harald Törnqvist struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Allan Liljeström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Funäsdalen RK. Allan Liljeström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Ekblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Einar Anundsson hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Allan Liljeström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Åke Gustavsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gson FC's Allan Liljeström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Åke Gustavsson in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Gustavsson in the 76th minute of play forced Gson FC's goalkeeper Allan Liljeström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Gson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Ekblom came free, but Allan Liljeström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gson FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rickard Albohm hit a great ball. Per-Åke Gustavsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Allan Liljeström having to make a save. Mats Ekblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Liljeström having to interfere. If Mats Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Mats Ekblom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Funäsdalen RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Funäsdalen RK had played much better football throughout.
