Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mats Ekblom took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Edvard Ekström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Funäsdalen RK's Patrick Asmundsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Per-Åke Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Funäsdalen RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Gustavsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Gabrielsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Per-Åke Gustavsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Edvard Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Asmundsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Harald Törnqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes, Funäsdalen RK's David Tunström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niklas Gabrielsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Funäsdalen RK reached it. When Mats Ekblom came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Funäsdalen RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Ekblom couldn't finish the play. Patrick Asmundsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sverker Hermansson's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Yngve Törnkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yngve Törnkvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Patrick Asmundsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

With a little luck, Jigsaw Outlaws's Niklas Gabrielsson got control of the ball when Per-Åke Gustavsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Jigsaw Outlaws got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Haglund. Per-Åke Gustavsson struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Niklas Gabrielsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Funäsdalen RK. Mats Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Jigsaw Outlaws's zone, Per-Åke Gustavsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niklas Gabrielsson came out of the goal and Per-Åke Gustavsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Mats Ekblom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Gabrielsson was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Jens Mattsson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Edvard Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per-Åke Gustavsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Niklas Gabrielsson made a huge save. Per-Åke Gustavsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Gabrielsson having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Erik Örtendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Ekblom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Gabrielsson having to make a save. Niklas Gabrielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Ekblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Funäsdalen RK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
