Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sigvard Anselius started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kjell-Arne Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Anselius, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute John Isaksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Brander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Kronberts BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Anselius came free, but Kjell-Arne Thorsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Brander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Dahlbom in the 23rd minute of the match. When John Isaksson came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Kronberts BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Isaksson couldn't finish the play. If Börje Dahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-0 when John Isaksson sped through Flarken's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kevin Brander. Jerry Nyberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kevin Brander. Flarken's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kronberts BK's John Isaksson got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that John Isaksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kevin Brander was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Börje Dahlbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Isaksson made a kick off. Flarken's Kevin Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Biörkman in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Flarken's Adrian Svensson got a free kick in the 55th minute. Patric Broman struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Kevin Brander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kronberts BK. John Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Kevin Brander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60thth minute of the game John Isaksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flarken's Kevin Brander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jens-Erik Ivarsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Erik Ivarsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If John Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Hägglund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kevin Brander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Flarken's goal looked a bit too open when John Isaksson came free, but Kevin Brander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Kronberts BK got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Nyberg. In the 75th minute Bo Ahlroth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell-Arne Thorsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Börje Dahlbom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kevin Brander having to make a save. John Isaksson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kevin Brander having to make a save. Jens-Erik Ivarsson got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Flarken getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jens-Erik Ivarsson hit a great ball. John Isaksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Biörkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Brander having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kronberts BK fully deserved thier win.
