An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Hjeltman in the 24th minute of play forced Tre Fiori's goalkeeper Adam Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Tre Fiori's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Hjeltman came free, but Adam Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Söderberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anders Örtendal having to make a save. After 37 minutes of play, Romakloster's Albert Hjeltman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Hafström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anders Örtendal made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Göran Bock sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edwin Söderberg was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Bock in the 51st minute of play forced Romakloster's goalkeeper Anders Örtendal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaf Wikander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adam Hafström firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 58th minute, Arvin Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göran Bock might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anders Örtendal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Bock ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Bock in the 61st minute of play forced Romakloster's goalkeeper Anders Örtendal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Göran Bock came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Tre Fiori fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Bock couldn't finish the play. After having played for 64 minutes, Edwin Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tre Fiori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Söderberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anders Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Söderberg in the 71st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Romakloster's Albert Hjeltman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adam Hafström. That made the score 1-2 after 77 minutes of play. 88 minutes into the game, Romakloster's Gustaf Wikander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Hafström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Gustaf Wikander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Adam Hafström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Romakloster had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
