Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henric Vik took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Vallentuna IF's Patrik Nilsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joar Pettersson. Joar Pettersson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henric Vik in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Vennerberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the match, Band of Brothers's goalkeeper Joar Pettersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrik Nilsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Albohm got free with Joar Pettersson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrik Nilsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 12th playminute. In the 17th minute, Frank Brummer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute of the match Brian Spets sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joar Pettersson skillfully saved the ball. In the 20th minute Frank Brummer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Band of Brothers's Joar Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Söderström in the 21st minute of play. Frank Brummer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joar Pettersson came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Brummer slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 26th minute. Timmy Albohm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Vennerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Vik in the 33rd minute of play. After 36 minutes, Ingvar Söderström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vallentuna IF and the Band of Brothers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 minutes of play, Vallentuna IF's Patrik Nilsson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joar Pettersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henric Vik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Band of Brothers made a substitution. Osvald Bergkvist replaced Per-Åke Ahlroth. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Henric Vik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Vennerberg having to interfere. Timmy Albohm hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute Patrik Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Band of Brothers's Joar Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Söderström in the 73rd minute of play. Vallentuna IF's Frank Brummer got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Band of Brothers's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Nilsson came free, but Joar Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Benett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Joachim Vennerberg made a huge save.
