Spectators: 7239 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 120) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niklas Åkesson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vincent Valström kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Karl Pihlblad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Pihlwall's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tor Mogren during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tjälls IF's Kurt Pihlwall got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Niklas Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Karl Pihlblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurt Pihlwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Pihlblad having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Niklas Åkesson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Philadelphia's Karl Pihlblad tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 minutes, Reine Forsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tjälls IF and the Philadelphia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Tjälls IF got a freekick which was hit by Reine Forsberg. In the 32nd minute, Sivert Nordström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niklas Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Karl Pihlblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklas Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl Pihlblad came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Tjälls IF's Reine Forsberg. But to his dismay, Reine Forsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vincent Valström to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Kurt Pihlwall fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tjälls IF's Niklas Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Philadelphia's zone, Kurt Pihlwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Pihlblad came out of the goal and Kurt Pihlwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Kurt Pihlwall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tjälls IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Reine Forsberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Philadelphia's zone, Niklas Åkesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Pihlblad came out of the goal and Niklas Åkesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Kristiansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Olov Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sivert Nordström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute Sivert Nordström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tjälls IF's zone, Tor Mogren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Kristiansson came out of the goal and Tor Mogren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Philadelphia getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Tor Mogren hit a great ball. The supporters of Tjälls IF booed when Philadelphia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Hök didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Pihlblad acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arman Wiman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Pihlwall got free with Karl Pihlblad in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 99th minute, Niklas Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tjälls IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
