In the 15th minute Elliot Sikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ove Klack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bajen getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ronny Bratt hit a great ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Örnsköldsvik's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Klack, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gunnar Östman was a little too slow when Karl Ålberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-1. Elliot Sikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Näfver hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jens-Ove Klack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Harry Lind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Klack having to interfere. Elliot Sikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jens-Ove Klack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ove Klack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Lind in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Harry Lind made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Harry Lind managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajen's supporters rose to their feet, but Harry Lind was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens-Ove Klack breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Örnsköldsvik's Christopher Glanselius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gunnar Östman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Bajen's zone, Harald Hansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Östman came out of the goal and Harald Hansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Ålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gunnar Östman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Ålberg in the 89th minute of the match. Bajen's Gunnar Östman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Hansson in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Örnsköldsvik's Christopher Glanselius got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bajen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
