Elof Dalman started the match with the kick off. If Elof Dalman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Henry Abrahamsson in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Simsalabim FC's Viktor Bålström. Kjell-Arne Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elof Dalman in the 12th minute of play. Douglas Njurenius struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Kjell-Arne Bergström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simsalabim FC. Erik Stenström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Vibjörnsson having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Erik Stenström notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Simsalabim FC's Bernt Vibjörnsson. Bernt Vibjörnsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elof Dalman in the 33rd minute of play forced AC Järna's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Njurenius struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Kjell-Arne Bergström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simsalabim FC. AC Järna's Kjell-Arne Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Pilgren in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, AC Järna's Leif Arvidsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernt Vibjörnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Leif Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Vibjörnsson having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leif Arvidsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Simsalabim FC booed when AC Järna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Skark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Vibjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Arvidsson in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Simsalabim FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Douglas Njurenius hit a great ball. If Elof Dalman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, Simsalabim FC's Elof Dalman made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjell-Arne Bergström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simsalabim FC's Bernt Vibjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Stenström in the 79th minute of play. Bernt Vibjörnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Elof Dalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Adrian Stenkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Bernt Vibjörnsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When AC Järna's Erik Stenström in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Simsalabim FC's goalie prevented a goal. AC Järna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Simsalabim FC for a fine match.
